Error crdb_v12_dsl_driver.dll while trying to connect to SAP BW with Crystal Reports 2011

Hi,

while trying to set up with Crystal Reports 2011 with Database Assitant  a connection to SAP/BW

I am getting the Error:

"

Error while laoding Databaseiinformation.
The Databaseconnector  'crdb_v12_dsl_driver.dll'

could not be loaded.
Possibly the Databasedriver for this client isn't correct.

"

Its Crystal Reports 14.0.2.264 RTM

Hi Martin,

Answers to these questions can help:

1. Exactly what connector type are you using.

2. Are the transports shipped with CR 2011 loaded in BW system

3. Are you ale to see and connect SAP systems from SAp Logon.

4. Are you using any other SAP BO tool from the same machine.

5. Are the BI reporting tools,SAP BW,SAP BOE on the recommended patches and in sync.
