Streamwork app - Login Error

Dear all,

any thoughts for such a issue:

I have SAP user (i*) & been registered on sap.corp portal to StreamWork

I have no problems with logon in InternetExplorer

I downloaded & installed StreamWork app (iOS 5.1.1 StreamWork 2.0.4)

I got an error message everytime I try to logon from my iphone : Could not log in. <...> Wrong marker request ... OAuth ... etc.

Any thoughts how to fix it ?

Dear Mr./Ms. Kirichenko,

Thank you for contacting SAP Cloud Support.

The first time you log in to the SAP StreamWork Mobile app, the following error message may appear:

  “Invalid OAuth protected resource access request. Invalid nonce or timestamp value.”

This problem happens when your SAP StreamWork account indicates that the SAP StreamWork Terms
and Conditions agreement remains to be accepted.

To solve this problem, go to the SAP StreamWork website, log in, and then click “I accept” in the “SAP StreamWork Terms and Conditions agreement” dialog box.

Please let us know if after following these steps if the problem persists.

Thank you for reply!

This step (agreement acceptance (as far aas I rememmber I confirmed two types of agreeements)) was done on first logon with SAP (i*) user.

But it has no affect on iPhone client logon...

The problem still need to be solved ...

As for now - I can see only text versions of agreements (with no option to approve them) from the customizing section of my user account (in Internet Explorer) (see attchd)

a have an update of an issue , that might be helpful:

I try to logon to streamwork portal from non-SAP network. I try to use my standart e-mail logon & password (*@sap.com) which is used in corporate network. No effect, so I try to change web-password - Forgot web-password option

After recieving the e-mail notification I was redirected to Change password page , and then I tryed to change it to new passsword for dmitry.kirichenko@sap.com account and... got this message:

We're sorry, but something went wrong.

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it
shortly.

Dear Mr./Ms. Kirichenko,

We have reset the password associated to the email address dmitry.kirichenko@sap.com. You have been sent a reset password request via email, and we ask you to follow the steps in that email.

You will be able to reset the password.

If you are on the SAP network,  Navigate to https://streamwork.com/sap,  If you are off the SAP network,  please log into a WTS session and use the same URL,  or go to https://streamwork.com/session/new and use your email address dmitry.kirichenko@sap.com and the Streamwork password you set.

Please let us know if after following these steps if the problem persists.
