Running into an odd problem. In my Page Setup for my report, I choose my printer (a label printer) in the first drop down. In the second drop down, below the "Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Page Size" checkbox, I select the specific size I want. Then I click "OK".
When I re-open the Page Setup window, I see that a page size other than the one I selected has been chosen. How can this happen? In another application, I was able to successfully print to the label printer with that specific size option. Why won't Crystal Reports let me do the same?
