Hyperlink on characteristic key (Webi 4.0 - SP02 Patch 17 - using BICS)

Hi there,

my problem as follows:

I have got a webi report based on a bex query. (column 1: characteristic key (compounded char); column 2: key figure 1; column 3: key figure 2 and so on)

As soon as I define a hyperlink on column 1 in order to jump from this report to another by passing the characteristic key "not available" is shown in the entire result area of the source report.

Does anybody know this problem?

This behavior is fixed with BO 4.0 SP4. Apply SP4 Patch 2 to your BO system.

The reason your are getting #UNAVAILABLE error is that your measures are Database Delegated by default. And with BICS connection there is no way to change that. Also, check the SAP note 1606502.
