Scrap rejection in production order

Dear All,

I require the standard control in SAP to control the scrap rejections that is been booked in the production order where as the system should intimate us while booking the scrap for the complete production order qty or ekse by maintaining the percentage through which it should not allow more than that.

For example order qty is 100 nos percentage is 10% so that the scrap in order should only be 10 nos and not more than that.Is there any customization to activate this for the plant or for the order type or for the materials.

Any help sure will be rewarder with points.

    Hi Deepak,

Check for scrap quantity during production order confirmation is not available in standard setting.

But you can achieve this with enhancement CONFPP05 - PP order conf.: Customer specific enhancements when saving, usinf exit EXIT_SAPLCORF_105.

If you wish to go for customization. Here you can calculate the allowed 10% of scrap as per taregt quantity of order.

If you are looking option in standard setting only then i feel there is no option.

    Best regards,

    Dear Deepak,

As Sharat has mentioned, there is no standard configuration settings to control this, but check the user

exit which is suggested or else with this BADI - WORKORDER_CONFIRM using the method at save.

    Check and revert back.
