Sales order Pricing

I have a business requirement where in, I need to create a new condition type, which is to be allowed to be entered manually in the sales order only for a specific sales area, specific customers, and order type. For any other sales area/customer/order type system shouldn't allow to enter the condition types.

Please let me know if this requirement can be fulfilled by creating the pricing routines. If yes please let me know the related tables and logic to be used.

I would recommend that you create a new pricing procedure with this new condition type and assign it the specific sales area.

    Hi Rakesh,

If this is a automatic condtion, we can control this through routines.

As this is a manual condition type, we need to achive this by :

Create Custom table with the requried fields

Write a user exit in RV60AFZB to check the fields from the above condition tables, if the record found, then proceed, otherwise trigger a message,

"You cannot use ZXXX condition type for this customer/Sales area/ Sales doc type"

    Hoep this clarifies

    Regards

    Raju
