Automatic Budget Postings After Fiscal Year Change

Hi:

Automatic budget posting help says that it is required to be configured if we want that carried forward commitment items not to generate budget consumption in new year , instead they consume budget of previous year. To date i have not configured it . I have only activated carry forward of budget commitment for value types

PO

Invoices

DPR

Parked documents

Down payments

and have set the activation status Active. Since i can not test these year end related scenario that is why i am having understanding issues.

Please guide.
