Hi Satyendra,

First of all, I would not recommend setting a move-out (Separate) dunning procedure at the contract account level, as because if a contarct account has multiple contracts and say only one if them is moving out, then the dunning procedure change at the CA level will impact the treatment path for both the contracts.

However, if your Business Data model is 1BP-->1CA-->1C, then you can change the dunning procedure at CA level, but in this scenario also, it is not reommended, as it firstly it will remove the current dunning procedure and secondly if any new contarct gets assigned against the CA in the interim, it will also follow the same treatment path.

The most cleanest approach would be to set the move-out dunning procedure at the contract level.

Howvever, I dont think there is any standard SAP configuration to acheive this,.

You need to do a custom development at the time of move-out, which will up date the dunning procedure at the contarct level.

You can use FM ISU_S_CONTRACT_CHANGE for the purpose to update the Dunning Procedure at contract level using BOR Object MOVEOUTDOC.

Hope it helps...

Thanks,

Amlan

Hi Satyendra,

There is no config settings for Invective accounts, I don’t know which version are you using  but in ECC 6 new filed for Move-in/out dunning procedure please check it.

Hi Satyendra,

As said in my previous post, there are no standard config settings for updating a dunning procdure at the contract account level at the time of move-out.

If you want to update the dunning procedure at the contract account level, at the time of a contract move-out, you can use the FM BAPI_ISUACCOUNT_CHANGE to update the dunning procedure at the contract account level at the time of move-out using BOR Object MOVEOUTDOC

However, please be advised that, the updated dunning procedure will drive the treatment path for all the contracts under the particular contract account.

Hope it helps.

Thanks,

Amlan

Hi Sattu,

after move out process you can run the CAA2 BDC for that CA and set the particular dunning procedure you want.

Hi Satyendra,

At contract account level there are two fields one for normal dunning procedure and the other for move-out dunning procedure, once move-out and final billing is done then system will consider the move-out dunning procedure automatically.

Hi Satyendra,

FICA prospective there is no config settings however we have the way for update the dunning procedure at contract account level through move-out process.

Path : Customer Service/ Process execution /Move-In/Out /Select Contract Account Fields for Move-In and Move-Out Screen.

Select dunning procedure filed as a required so when you do move-out the customer you should updated the dunning procedure.

Hope it should be help for you

Thanks

Hi,

If you are unable to accomplish this via configuration, you may try using the user exit EXIT_SAPLEC55_011 which is dedicated to allocate defult values upon Move-out.

I hope this helps.
