Hi,
so it's a known problem as far as I found that when you print a delivery with packaging details, this will print automatically the packaging PLD. In order to prevent that, i created a dummy packaging PLD that I defined as default one and in the "document properties" I set up "number of copies" = 0.
Now when I print my delivery, I don't have anymore the packaging layout but when i try to print from user's computer, nothing happened, nothing is printed and preview show nothing.
I tried on my computer with user's login and it's working and I really don't understand why.
I tried another solution I read in the forum which is to setup as default printer for packaging PLD the PDF printer, but it's not working.
Any idea ? or other solution ?
Ludovic
edit: we use SAP 8.82.
Hi Ludovic,
Check what differences do you have between your computer and user's computer especially for all printers' setting.
Have you tried your user logon from that user's computer?
Thanks,
Gordon

Hi Gordon,
I finally found out the issue, this was not related to printer settings of computer but the properties I defined in the dummy PLD. I defined as printer the "PDF printer" that not every user has, therefore when I tried to preview the layout on packaging screen from user's computer I got an error : Internet error (-101) occured [Message 131-183]
-101 means no printer found, so I figured out this was related to the dummy PLD.
It's tricky because no error was showing up when trying to print the delivery itself, only when trying to print specifically from the packaging screen.
