smart approval manager solution

describes about the SMART Approvals Manager solutions, but I am unable to find any details about this in SAP forum.

Can anyone guide about this application, where I can get detailed information regarding this solution.

SMART Approval Manager was a Syclo solution specific to Blackberry devices that was discontinued.

Thanks ! So does this mean that at present such feature is not available with Syclo any more?

Or apart from Approval manager have you come across any scenario where SAP process is taken care with Syclo or it does not support this feature at all.

Approval Manager was intended as a way to handle approvals right from your email inbox without having to go to another application. It was implemented as an application within the inbox based on blackberry specific capabilities.

You could certainly handle those same tasks within an Agentry application or another mobile solution. I am not aware of anything off the top of my head that does this out of the box but it could certainly be added into one of the Agentry based solutions.

Thank you very much !! Its good to know we can have such functionality into the Agentry based solutions.

It would be great If we can add such scenarios in scn forums like best practices etc. I shall also check , If we implement this in put project I will also share.
