TEM: RFC to create business events

Hello Gurus,

We have a requirement to create business events for business types using function modules. We reviewed thru RH_EVENT_INSERT function module but it does bring the dialog screen that we dont want show up during the process. What we think is to create a copy of the same FM and strike off dialog screen. If this not the betterway, does any one here know how this can be done?

Hi Arvind,

I have tried to search for you for a better Function Module for Creating a Business Event without a dialog screen, but I couldn't find any.

What you can do is use a generic FM/BAPI for creation of an organizational object, such as RHOM_CREATE_OBJECT. It should work.
