Hi All,
We are currently at SP03 and all the configuration for tech monitoring is performed without any errors.
when we take a look at the tec monitoring dashboard not all the data is showing up,like exception data
System Logs,dumps and database metrics. Also Response time related data in performance. All these data are coming perfectly in RCA
workcenter. Just wondering is it a bug in SP03 or anythis that I have missed during config ? pls guide.

hi,
please check in the details block, select your metric and select Metric trouble shooting, this exactly point out where you are missing.
check the sap note 1618858Grey metrics in Technical System Monitoring UI
check in Landscape browser, DB status for your system is green
Check EFWK framework,and CCDB any store, extractor get failed.
You can also check in Alert directory browser, those metrics are active status?
Please check and update.

Yes I tried the above mentioned steps but no success so far. Interestingly the SAP note you have mentioned has a solution for the "Response time" metric being grey, when i implemented this note tere was no change in the metrics. I have raised a oss message with SAP and i will update you on their reply for this. I guess this is some kind of a bug in sp03. let's see..

Make sure you assign "Diagnostics Relevant" correctly in Managed System Configuration step 1.

After that, rerun automatic activities in step 8.

The data is available in Root Cause Analysis workcenter and correct product is assigned as well. I believe if the data is coming correctly in RCA workcenter then it should also come in Tech Monitoring. Am I right? Is there any thing that I am missing here.
Pls suggest.
