    Hi Harlene Ronquillo

The problem is to register DI and UI - a COM object, therefore user must

    do the following:

    1. Turn off UAC (disable UAC) before installing the client so the

registration of both the UI and DI will work.

    2. Set the "Run as Administrator"

If nobody can use B1, you should log to SAP support ASAP for hi priority. If only one workstation mean check the above.

check with the ping status with the server from client.

    Check this,

    1. Re-install Visual C++ redistributable.

    2. Check whether Windows installer 3.1 is installed or not.

    3. Re-install SQL native client.

    4. Connect after disabling the Windows Firewall and anti-virus, if any.

    Hope this helps,

    Regards

    Kennedy

    Hi Harlene..........

    It is a big issue.

The no. times she clicks on Add button when the Internal Error comes while any of the entries we are in the impression that Document is not being added but at backend it gets added.

Please check whether same doc more than one time is added or not............

    Regards,

    Rahul
