EWA report missing "Avg. Availability per Week" for BI system

Hi All ,

We have upgraded our BI system to Netweaver 7.3 .

After upgrade , we could not find the "Avg. Availability per Week" in the Performance indicators for BI in EWA report.

We have re run the managed system config for BI in Solman , but still we are not able to get the data in EWA report .

Could anyone help me to fix the issue .

Did SAP respond? we are also getting simillar issue. I dont see database administration section.

Hello Bala,

Did you manage to find the solution? We also encountered same problem when we upgraded our systems:

- BPC to SAP NetWeaver 7.3, SBOP PC 10.0 FOR SAP NW

- CRM to EHP2 FOR SAP CRM 7.0

We are currently using SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1 to monitor.

It seems to be a  BUG , and we have reported the same to SAP . They are working for the resolution .

Will let you know , if i get any solution .

Hi Bala,

Even I had simillar issue. I could find entries of older version in extractor framework.

deleting the older entires worked for me.

make sure EFWK is runnignunder curretn version.

I have checked the EWFK , component version are new only . No old versions were presented .But still i have issue .
