Problem with Xcelsius generated swf file on win7 64bit

My agency recently purchased xcelsius engage and have had good success with so far.

What we have done is written a web service and imbedded the flash object into a webpage for our internal staff to use. We have also done things like put the flash object into a pdf and this has no issues at all on all our 32 bit machines xp and win7. However when anybody (with a win7 64bit machine) tries to lets say open a pdf with the xcelsius generated flash object in it all they get is a white screen. Any help this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi William,

Xcelsius 2008 SP 4 is supported with Win 7 64- bit machine. And, if you are on the same patch make sure you have Supported Flash Players version which is :-.

Adobe Flash Player and above (32-bit only)

Adobe Flash Player 10.0 and above (32-bit only)

It could be the issue with the Flash Player. Let me know the exact Version for Adobe Reader as well.

Refer to the link for unistalling the Adobe Flash players-

And download the Archive version for Flash Players from the link below:

    Hi William,

Please ensure that you have the same configuration for adobe and office products on the 64-bit system as that of 32-bit system. The products installed should be 64bit compatible.

I am currently working on a 64 bit system and I have the following installed:

Adobe Flash Player 11 Active X

    Adobe Reader X (10.1.4)

    Adobe Flash Player 11 Plugin

    Adobe AIR

Kindly, let me know in case if you are still facing the issue after this.
