    Hi Bala,

    Try the following maybe:

Change "Delete all data in database before the import?" to 'YES' when importing the bootstrap.zip. Secondly also maybe try importing the import.zip. Perhaps their is a problem with your bootstrap.zip.

Are there any other related errors in the default trace file?

The SQL extract seems to be showing an empty record being inserted and thus the null message. Perhaps examine the contents of the zip file.

Also V10 has a totally different file structure to V7.5 If you have a 7.5 bootstrap file it will not import to V10. Ensure you are not using an old one.

V10 puts the bootstrap into a different directory (I think) so check you have the correct one.
