Workbook not getting broadcsted by process chain

Workbook is not getting broadcasted to users' mail box through process chain.We have used ABAP program with Program Name "RSRD_PROGRAM_BATCH".Previously it used to broadcast through process chain.But now we are manually executing the broadcast setting to make it publish.

Please help us regarding this.

    Hi,

    Try to execute your program manually and check whether your Workbook has been broadcasted. If not, then there is a bug in your program. Debug............

    have you upgrade your system? or anything that what have caused it stop working? cause is 1st to prevent it

    Try using RSRD_BROADCAST_STARTER program.

    For both the programs, execute for a setting and see the job log where exactly its failing.

    Also, check the broadcasting log in tcode RSRD_LOG.

    Hi,

    also check following

    RSRD_ADMIN

    RSPRECALCADMIN transaction

    RSBATCH

    see if there is any thing happening at precalculation level and it is taking time..see if there is any failure and anlyse whether it is due to time out or any other reason from server and ask basis to take the corrective action..try to change the time of execution..
