How to solve this please.

Kindly do listing at generic level.  i think article

ZVAR2001 is a variant if yes then maintain it for sire 1000.

Hi Mandy,

Check whether there are any listing conditions for that article using wsl11 in that particular site. Then Create listing conditions using WSP4 or WSM3.

Goto WB02, In the Press customer Tab in the site master, then go to shipping data. There see whether you have maintained the shipping conditions.
