how to add new field to search criteria for Business partner?

Hi SAP,,

Would anybody be able to describe how to add new field to the search criteria of Business Partner serach screen?

SRM 5.5 version.

If the above requirment is not feasible is there any BADI or Enhancement for the Bidder Overview screen chnage.

I want to add a Butoon on this screen.

Hi Naresh,

Can you please explain your scenario in detail?What type of field you are trying to add?Are you working on bid screen or the bid invitation screen?

Did you check the below notes?

We had copied the Supplier Self Registration form and made custom BSP.

Now we have a requirment to add a custom field check box to the above screen.

We wrote the logic to put this value under the identification tab in BP screen.

This is working fine.

Now we have a requirment on the Find Bidder screen to add this check box to search for a Bidder.

If we did'nt found any place here business asked us to put a button on the bid invitation screen to call a backend report for this check box value.

We trying to look for a BADI or Enhancement spot where we can add that field or Button on the Find Bidder screen or Bid Invitaion screen.

Bidding  -> Process Bid Invitation -> Create -> here we want to add some button on the screen .

I tried these notes and nothing working for me.

May be I am missing something from it.

Could you please help me to find out the solution for this.

Hi Naresh,

I think you might have to do a core mod to achieve this...Sinc eyou are on SRM 5.0,please search for the ITS template for the screen on which you want to display the custom field.

To add the field on the screen,you will need to modify the HTML template of the ITS service for that screen.

To handle the processing of the field,you will need to modify the standard SE51 program.

I was doing the same but Now I got one problem i used the 2 radio buttons on the Module pool programing and defined the same name buttons on the HTML screen.

How to map these values when user selects one of the radio button do you have any smaple coding or just let me know how to map these values.
