long response time in the SMLG

Hi, I have issue in the ECC system because long response time for users. Actuallity time is 900 ms for user but these are long time.

The connection with server is Ok, the ping response = 30 ms.

Hello Ramones,

The load is not evenly distributed across all your App servers. Are they are load balanced for other purposes (e.g. batch,RFC etc) ?

The quality has degraded and the Dialog steps are also more in these servers. During this snapshot how does your SM50 look ? Are there heavy processes running consuming your system resources ?

For a histroical trend try to see ST03n and find long running Dialog steps.
