PCR to read hire date from IT0001

Hi Experts,

I need to write pcr in payroll,

Hire date read from IT0001,

If Hire date=01.07.2012 then new PCR

else old PCR

other PCR is,

I want to develop custom infotye for eligibilty amount.

how this eligibilty amount field will read in PCR.

once this eligibilty field is read in PCR, how AMT is comapred  with this eligibility field

To my knowledge, there are no Hire Date indicators on IT0001, nor any operation to read the Start Date of the first occurrence of IT0001.

Wouldn't the Hire Date be the Start Date of the Hire Action in IT0000 or the Type 01 Date on IT0041 ? 

As for your second question, you'll require a Custom Operation to read information from a Custom Infotype.
