deletion of materials

I want to set deletion flag for 3000 materials what is the procedure ? is it possible by MM17 transaction?

Please give steps

Dear,

Goto MASS. here enter the object type as BUS1001 and execute it.

Click  on Fields and search for field name "MARA-LVORM" DF client level select that line and Execute.Enter the material numbers and execute it.

For plant level use field MARC-LVORM

Also you can use LSMW or BDS for MM06 too.

Hi Amit,

Go to MM17 transaction and select materials you want to set deletion flag and paste in the screen shown below,

and select the deletion flag at client level

then execute and in material field select all 3000 materials

then execute ans select deletion flag put "X" in the field

and click on mass execute button
