Hi,
As per the business requirement, I am supposed to make a few logical links in the Accounts and Products Work centre link group visible in the UI of the Business role ZSERVICEPRO,(custom business role for SERVICEPRO). When I make some of the logical links visible in the business role, they appear in the UI but for others they dont appear. Could there be any reason for this why some of the links dont't appear? Is there any specific criteria for making the links visible, other than marking the visible option for the work centre group links in the business role?
For example, below is the logical link that I selected:
The link product hierarchies should have appeared in the UI. But it does not. Am I missing something?

Just a thought, not sure though.
Have you checked 'Adjust Work Centers' just above 'Adjust Work Centers Group Links'. Make sure your Work Center is not marked as Inactive and or Deleted.
If the setting is fine here, then I think required settings are correct.
To check authorization, you can take a trace in ST01 transaction.
1. Go to this transaction, mark authorization check, click on filter settings and input the user id which you will be using to run the UI. Finally save it and activate the trace.
2. Launch UI.
3. Come back to ST01, deactivate the trace and check the analysis for Auth objects returning 4/12.

Go to business role then after that particular work center and check that logical link.

Hi,
What do I need to check in the logical link? I have checked the navigation bar profile and everything seems to be fine. The link is assigned to the assigned to the Work centerlink groups and then to work center SRV-MD. This link I have marked as visible in the business role. What else should I do? Is there something in particular that I need to do?
Could the reason be some missing authorizations?
