AbsenceQuota gen: valid frm 6 month hire date to valid to 1day before anniversary

Hi Experts,

Looking forward for your suggestion on generating absence quota's. We have requirement to generate 16hrs of absence quota in 1st year of employment.

Validity start date should be 6 months from hire date and validity end date is one day before anniversary date.

(Ex. Hire date 08/01/2012, Absence quota in 2006 record shd be 02/01/2013 to 07/31/2013). Please refer following screenshots in doc from V_T559L and custom rule to determine 6th month. I have time type zptm defined for day balance for 16 hrs. That I writes using PCR rule.

I was able to generate for 6 months duration. But as per policy record validity should end by 1 day before anniversary. Your valuable suggestions are highly appreciated.

    Well,

I have figured solution by myself. We will be continue using with 6 months validity period as opposed to one day prior to 6 months.

Still ways to get this one done through with new date specifications. However, we didn't see any impact maitaing abs.quota with 6 months duration.

    Hi,

Your problem is with the Validity dates right.

Example :- Employee joining date is 10.02.2011

Quota should generate from 10.08.2011 to 09.08.2011

Is this what you want please let me know.

    Regards,

    Raja Sekhar
