InfoView Inbox insufficient rights to view error

Hello,

One of my users is experiancing an issue that I am at a loss to explain. I have a report schedule, where the report output is going to a user's Infoview inbox. This report has been running for many months without any issues. The user would open her inbox, and open the report and does what she needs to do afterwards.

Recently, the user is recieivng an error when trying to open this report schedule from her inbox. The error says "Your request was refused because you do not have the 'Right To View" on report 'frs//output  (repository directories) ~.rpt' please ask your system administrator to grant you rights".

The user has full control over her own inbox. The user has no problem with any other report that is dropped daily/weekly/monthly to her inbox.

Has anyone encountered this before?

Thank you.

-Travis

based on your error message, it looks like when the report is scheduled, it sends a shortcut and not a copy of the report. Is that correct?

Make sure your user has rights to view document instances on the source folder if it's sent as a shortcut.
