negative inventory-deliveries

when we try to add deliveries data, error prompt to negative inventory cut when we check warehouse stock it has enough.

what are the possible cause of this problem? is there any solution?

    Hi Alejandro.......

    Are you sure you have not set any Relation of Inventory to Sales UOM?

    Please check.....

      sir,

      we have no t set any UoM, due to the fact that:

      1. purchasing UoM is bags

      2. sales UoM is kilos ( where 1 bag = 50 kgs)

      problem:

      we have 2 bags (100 kilos) in the inventory

      once we sold 50 kilos (1 bag) the inventory sees it as 50 bags, then it falls to negative inventory.

      also, what does the Factor 1-4 for?

    Hi Carlo,

    Is the item in question, an assembled item, does it have a BOM ?

    Check if you have used the same UoM in the delivery or not?

    Hi,

    goto Warehouse Field and Press the Ctrl+Tab Key.

    U See the All Warehouse Stock in Particular Item.
