ROADMAP COMPOSER FOR PC??

As the Roadmap Composer carries most of the accelerators, does a PC version exist which consultants can use when planning a project?

Thank you Jason, I have now posted it in the Solution Manager Area as there is no Solution Composer area. I am new to this forum and hence the miss-posting, I appreciate your advice.
