Integration between SAP C4C and SAP Contact Center

Hello all

This is related to Integration between SAP C4C and SAP Contact Center. In SAP CRM, there is a functionality that we could transfer the campaign's(call list) to SAP Contact Center and from SAP Contact Center, we could initiate the outbound call . We would like to know whether this functionality is retained in case of SAP C4C and SAP Contact Center integration. Client has a requirement where it is required to pass the contacts and numbers from C4C to Contact Center.

We tried searching for some documentation related to the same but were unable to find any. Any pointers in this direction will be of help.

Hi Nikhil,

I think there is no exactly the same funtionality available, but the requirememnt should be quite easy to fulfil.

From CCtr side I recommend you to check Automatic Import Function. The feature allows you import automaticly for example a excel file to the system as outbound campaing. With C4C I'm not a expert but I think it should not be a big task to create a export of the data and place is to a folder where CCtr reads it from. I hope there is C4C experts who can help you to find C4C documentation or maybe that is mentioned in the blog Prasanth mentioned.
