I have a work order that has already been teco’ed for which I am unable to do the business close. I get an error ‘Unprocessed future change recs for order xxxx prevent del. Flag/completion. Message no. CO688’. I unteco’ed the work order and reprocessed the Goods Issue using t-code COGI. I get an error record that say ’Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use 21 EA : 40122523’ The Movement Type is 261 and Qty is 21. The requirement qty was 25 and qty withdrawn 4. What do I need to change to reprocess the Goods Issue ?
dear,
i see 2 steps involved:
1. top up your stock - make sure you have got those 21 EA in your Plant/SLoc and there is NO deficit any more
2. run COGI, hightlight/select your item (record) and re-process it clicking on 'Save' button
after that re-run COGI and make sure it has gone...

When reprocessing the Godds Issue using COGI I received the error below:
1 selected error records cannot be processed
Message no. RU432
Diagnosis
1 of the selected error records are display only. Therefore you cannot edit these error records right now.
The checkbox field in the first column is not ready for entry for such error records.
The following are some possible causes:
Another user is currently processing the error records.
You do not have authorization to edit these error records.
Procedure
Start the transaction at a later time to edit the locked error records.
I got the same error for two different work orders so, I think it is an authorization issue. What authorization is needed to edit these records and is there any other way to edit them ?
So, we have one unit in inventory and if we issue this unit that is showing on hand our count will be off. Either we need to adjust one into inventory to issue or issue the one showing on hand, and credit it back after the goods issue is complete. If we credit it back to the reservation after the goods issue we will be back in the same situation. Please advise?
