One of our clients is experiencing difficulties when trying to preview a Crystal report. The application is a 64-bit .NET application, running on Citrix, and it uses the Crystal Reports 2010 Runtime 64-bit.
The client is reporting endless freezing of the BusinessObject preview window. It happens intermittently and isn't related to specific users. The problem occurs only with the BusinessObject preview window, it works fine when printing to a file or to printer.
Any idea what might cause this freezing?
