Error in retrieving models/dimension members using EPM Connector in Xcelsius

Hi,

I am trying to build dashboards in Xcelsius for data coming from EPM 10. I am unable to retrieve dimension members for any model. Every time I click on retrieve against the dimension members, I get the message "The server has encountered an error." Following that, I am left with an empty Metadata Browser. Where am I going wrong? I'm unable to retrieve my models as well, but currently I am hardcoding my model name in a cell and binding it to move forward. Any help/suggestion is highly appreciated.
