Document in FBL5N but not in FB03

Hi All

I have an issue in FBL5N. We create a FI-DOC. but the document only exist in FBL5N and FD10N , but can't find out in FB03.

Dear Terry,

Please follow the above step mentioned by Mauri, But please try to use the report RFINDEX_NACC or RFINDEX instead of ZFINDEX, as the former is a standard report.

As parameters, you need to give the company code, fiscal year, and respective accounts.

In the selection criteria on the top, select 'Documents vs index'  and 'index vs documents'.

If the error comes, it means that the entries are missing in the table BSEG for this document and needs to be created.

Dear Terry,

I am afraid that for these kind of errors, only SAP is authorise to make the corrections as this involves database corrections. You will have to raise a message for the same as it cannot be corrected by the user.

Dear Terry,

please kindly check by SM13 if the document posting is pending and try to update it.

Another possibility is to check by the report RFINDEX; probably there could be problem with the tables BSEG or BKPF.

Test and let me know.

The document number was show in the  S_alr_87012342, But may I know how can I clear the document number in FBL5N. Because the document does not exist in FB03.

Hi

You can only archive a document after all the open items have been cleared.

Thank you for your replay.

When I run fbl5n and  double click on the document, they will show the message as below.

'Document 1xxxxxxx 1xxx does not exist in fisc.year 2012 or has been archived'.

Dear,

If you see any document in FBL*N series t-codes, you can for sure display them through FB03. Because, FB03 is there to display the FI document.

If the document is not there in 2012, check with 2011, or 2010......
