Replicating Condition Table T681 from ECC to CRM (new table entry)

Dear Specialists

I need to download/upload the condition table T681 from ECC to CRM. I have tried serval objects in CRM with TA: R3AS; for example DNL_CUST_CND, DNL_CUST_CNDALL, DNL_CUST_CND_CD etc. but still the table is not coming up to CRM.

May you can support this me in this issue?

HI,

The table T681 should be downloaded from ECC to CRM with the adapter object DNL_CUST_CND.

Did you encounter any error for the download in R3AM1. If not then you can check the adapter object and sync it corresponding R/3 site after assigning the Linked Bdoc type in the object.

I have already use adapter object DNL_CUST_CND and there was no error at all in the CRM side use the R3AM1) to verify.

Please let me know how do I check the adapter object and sync it corresponding R/3 site after assigning the Linked Bdoc type in the object?

Hi,

When you open the adapter object, there is a field Linked Bdoc where you assign the relevant bdoc type from the drop down. And then try to download it again.

Hi Expert,

Thank you - I have checked but I receive the message No BDocs found, see attachments.

Can you explain the situation - why I do not have BDocs? I have start again and it is the same - it runs in green but I will not see BDocs Request ... Strange?

I do not find your screen were you showed in the last answer and were die BDoc can be idenified.

I checked in the TA: T3AM1 when I see the report; I mark the object (left hand side button) and press Funtion "show BDoc in the SMW01" in the header area. But for the object DNL_CUST_CND or DNL_CUST_CNDALL (nearly all objects with stays in relation to conditions) will not have BDoc's entries.

The below screen shoots shows a BDoc of the object DNL_COND_A004 (BDocs will be shown in the same system in the same day etc. ...):

New Info? Answer?

We solved the issue.

The object is client independant and therefore the systems must be open.

Hi,

I just want to clarify here that when you carry out a Condition Customizing download it is important to have the cross client enabled as some of the condition objects like access sequence and Condition tables are client independent. This is explained in the note 969087.
