    Hi Samer

I also had to check for the above recently.

What I came to understand is that there are no standard reports/program available for viewing DDNTK table for all employees toether.

You can only use PC_Payresult tcode but the catch is that you can only do so at Individual employee level.

I suggest you to debug the PC_Payresult tcode with the help of a ABAPer to find out the macro that reads the DDNTK table. Then the ABAPer could build a custom program to read DDNTK table for group of employees.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks

      Hi Samer,

It is possible to view DDNTK from PC_Payresult. Try running a live run for any employee and ensure there is a DDNTK entry. Then it gets stored in the payroll cluster. Check the below screenshot.

The problem here is you have to know which employee has the DDNTK value. However, an ABAPer would be able to find out the macro that is being used to read the table and develop the program.

      Thanks

You can add it's values and WTs to the Payroll Journal or the Remuneration Statement, or create a Custom ABAP program for that purpose.

Don't forget that table DDNTK (as table ARRRS) are part of the Payroll Results Cluster of an employee, so the data is read employee by employee, not like a Master Data table.

    • The payroll schema functions PIT, PRINT have output par's DDNT to print DDNTK.

However the code for PRINT does not have any active code to print DDNTK. It appears there was a form DDNTK-TAB to print DDNTK table. It is not found now. The statement PERFORM DDNTK-TAB has been commented out in PRINT function code.

As the others said, DDNTK is part of the payroll cluster table. It is listed in any person's pay results for a period, provided it has been created for the person. It has the structure PC23E.

Also see form CHECK_ARREARS_DEDNS in include RPCTO2QF, where it

      a)reads RGDIR with function CU_READ_RGDIR,

b)loops through the RGDIR and gets the seqnr (sequence number for the pay results for the relevant period),

      c)imports ARRS & DDNTK with function HRTO_AU_GET_PAY_RESULTS.
