PO not getting processed in SRM 7.01

Experts,

SRM 7.01/Ext classic

SRM PO is created, however in the PO header data-->Output, I don't see the PO as successfully processed. I see the status as ;'Not processed'. Instead I have to manually click on the 'Process' button to trigger the output PO.

What could be the issue?
