SAP EHSM Near miss / Safety observation (Offline- Anonymous reporting)

Hi Experts,

In EHSM 2.0, Workflow of new near miss / safety observation (Offline- Anonymous reporting) is not triggering. However, this process is working for online.

Process steps are,

1. Offline Form is generated from IMG activity (Done)
2. The Offline PDF form is filled and Submitted and it is in SAP user inbox (Done)
3. Workflow of incident is triggered to NWBC work overview (Workflow is not initiated by system)
4. Inbound mail configuration set up is done.
5. The user have email is confugured.

Please help someone who is really configured this scenario in real time project or demo.

Hi Mahesh,

You have to assigned the PFCG role SAP_EHSM_HSS_INCIDENT_EML_REC to the user that processes incoming e-mails.

This role contains the authorization profiles needed to receive and process e-mails. You can find the user ID that is assigned as the user for processing incoming e-mails in the SMTP Host node in transaction SICF.

Hello Mahesh,

you have missing SMTP configuration probably, the form cannot return back to the system. This is configuration done by the Basis team.

Hi Mahesh,

I am working on similar project and have the same requirements like you have. We almost done with 30% of the project and still have WF and reports to be worked on.

We are only implementing Incident Management wherein we using Incident, Near Miss and Safety Observation.

We also using Offline forms to upload automatically in to SAP.

WF to trigger once incidents are created, emails to Investigation Leads and task Implementors.

I would recommed to share our business requirements and put our expertise to implement accordingly.

Let me know your opinion on this to have our communication out of the box.
