Vacant Position / Requisition Process in Recruitment

Dear All,

Can any one guide me i have a scenario in Recruitment Module .  Manager should identify the vacant position from his department / org unit he should send a requisition to the Head of the department from there to HR Department then HR Can start the recruitment process . how this process will come to end in sap .

Do you use the 'requisition request' functionality of the manager (MSS role)?

Dear Nicole,

Thanks for your response . we are using ESS & MSS functionality . i also want know how the Recruitment module will integrate with ESS & MSS .( I maintained INTDY , INTDF - Features ) But still i am not getting the light .

there is a standard iview which does this in MSS, thats what Nicole indicated

and checkthe customisation of it in SPRO or Simg_sport for requisitions
