Recruitment integration from Non SAP to SAP .

Dear ALL,

My Client is having a requirement like they have internal Job portal (CV Bank ) now we are implementing Recruitment Module . as a part of initial data entry to the Recruitment Module ( T code PB10) they want to pull the the details from their internal job portal to Recruitment Module . My challenging is here is there any way to pull the data automatically ?  ( As per my concern i am going with BDC/ LSMW to upload the data )

hi,

yes you are absolutely right.

for recruitment user tcode PB40.

1.)    PB40-Enter Applicant details thru PB40

The approach for such a scenario is to make a BDC and upload the data.Background schedule the job.

also the you have to Make Number series as external in case ID is being also uploaded.Later this id will become as Employee code.
