Hi Team,

We are getting error in WPC Pages in Test Portal, Pre-Prod and Production Portal.

Test Portal is a single instance server and Pre-Prod and Production Portal are both clustered environment.

All our Portal servers are 7.3 SP5.

Error Message is attached as an attachment.

EP-WPC sca is of version 7.3 SP5.

java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sapportals.wcm.repository.IResource.isCollection() of a null object loaded from local variable 'cssFolderResource'

Will anyone have idea about the error?

Hi Kaushik,

check the configuration of the security zones:

In System Administration -> Permissions ->Security Zones -> sap.com -> UndefinedSecurityArea -> medium_safety ->com.sap.nw.pcc.xmleditor -> components -> EditorTool, add "AreaManagement" role to the permissions as an "Owner" and End User checkbox checked.
