Not able to see all currency translation types in Analysis 1.3 version

Hi,

We have a strange issue where we are not able to see all the conversion types under the Measures->Currency Translation in Analysis - we are on latest version 1.3 version SP1. We have more currency translation types when we see it through properties of a key figure via Bex query designer. Has anyone come across of this scenario...?

The "in-sheet" (context menu in executed query) currency translation is available only for "simple" translations.  This means that not of the values necessary for the translation type are "complex".  If you are using any type of fiscal period to determine the date for getting the currency exchange rate it is a "complex" translation.  This is because all fiscal type periods are compounded to fiscal year variant.  The translation types presented are all on 0DATE (or permutations) key dates.

Hi,

same problem here.

Seems that if I choose a different Date-Characteristic (not query date) on which the conversion is based I do not see it in the office add in.
