Hi experts
I'm working in SRM 7 in extended classic scenario. When we create a shopping cart which create a purchase order in SRM, and after create a purchase order in ECC, then we have no link "PO" in "related document in the shopping cart. We have the same problem in the PO : we don't have PO back-end number in "related documents" in SRM PO.
We've checked everything : PO is well in ECC, we have runned CLEAN_REQ_REQUP, BBP_GET_STATUS2... Itr is not a dynpro elemnt which has been invisible.
But no way : we can't see the link and we can not receipt the PO.
Thank you very much for your help!!
Regards,
Peggy.
Hi Peggy,
Try notes 1597826 and 1653342. Maybe it helps.

What is the status of SC in BBP_PD? Also, do you see values in BBP_PDBEI for fields BE_OBJ_ITEM, BE_OBJECT_TYPE and BE_OBJECT_ID for this SC.
Thanks,
Jagadish

Hi Jagdish
Thank you for your reply.
In BBP_PD all status are correct in SC and PO document. And table BBP_PDBEI has well filled...with all these fields BE_OBJ_ITEM, BE_OBJECT_TYPE and BE_OBJECT_ID..
I've remarked that I have PO historical in SC document when PO is created in "saved" status (not yet transfered in ECC), but as soon as I order the PO (ie: PO is transfered in back-end), then no historical document is visible in PO and SC...(whenever BBP_PDBEI and BBP_PDBEH are well filled..)
Peggy.
