BI-IP Approval workflow

Hi All, My requirement is to have an approval workflow for a BI-IP planning application, i have tried STS but it did not fulfill all my needs :

in the planning application i have the possibility to plan many versions (Budget, Forecast, etc) for each month / plant ... etc the problem is that in STS i don't have a simple way to specify which version or which month need to be sent to approval workflow. for example for the same month i am planning budget and Forecast but i only need to send budget to validation.

have you already faced the same issue ? have you got solutions without creating many planning sessions ? is there any other framework to create approval workflow other than STS ?

Why not give Version as a selection for Approval step?

Hi Prakash,

To have the possibility to work with many versions (Budget, Forecast, etc) and periods in STS  have to create for each period / version a planning session, have you any other ideas to let the user choose what version / period he needs to send in STS approval workflow ?
