How I can exclude a category order in SAPAPO/RRP3

Hi experts,

In transacción /SAPAPO/RRP3 how I can exclude a order category (Z) that was defined but I don´t want that this type of order appear in RRP3 or if is not possible to disappear this order then it doesn't affect the available stock

Can you tell me how I can get it?
