How to execute the created report/form in report painter

Hello SAP Guru,

Please help me, I have created a report from the report painter using the FGI4. But the problem is I cannot run the report. Below is the report format created.

When i run this via FGI1 and execute, error says "Table /CCIS/PROFTAXA does not exist in T800A or is not a FI-SL table". But it is clear that the Report was created under "Reporting for Table FGLFLEXT". What seems to be the problem, please help. I might missed some important steps in creating a report from Report Painter that's why i cannot execute it successfully. Appreciate your inputs.
