Grouping Variable Feature

I am using BusinessObjects BI Platform 4 and there is no more Desktop Intelligence in BI 4.

I have a question about a feature that I did not find in Web Intelligence, it is the when dealing with Variables, there was a feature in Desktop Intelligence for Custom Grouping of Data as in the image below:

and as a result of this grouping the result will be like the image below:

I am using if Statements to View my data like that in Web Intelligence.

Is there anything like the Grouping Feature in Web Intelligence ?

Hi Bassim,

I hate to tell you this but there is no feature similar to the functionality in DeskI. The only option you have in WebI right now is to use IF statements.

I believe there is an idea submitted to Idea Place or you can create one.

as said this was easier to handle in DeskI - WebI needs complete rewriting of this part and is not easy however the developers are doing their best

Hi Bassim,

this is an old ongoing story, the developers have been trying to recreate this functionality in Webi but it is not that easy,  it is in the plans but we don't  know when.
