HI All,

               I have changed 1 employee hiring date from 05.06.2012 to 05.07.2012 through pa41 but now when i am going to run its pt60 time evaluation its showing me this error msg

Error Message No entry in T001P for key.

I also faced same issue, while running payroll.

Solution:

Please refer Note: 2202982 - "No entry in table T001P for key" in WPBP.

• A SORT PXXXX BY BEGDA DESCENDING or SORT PXXXX BY ENDDA DESCENDING sentence is executed in your code befote function WPBP being executed.
• The sentence "PROVIDE" does only work with sorted by dates infotypes tableDo not use DESCENDING statement in your Zfunction module which ever used in custom payroll function/operation.

I had the same error message today. In my case I had an entry in Infotype 2006 with a begin date smaller than the hire-date.

As soon as I changed the begin date of the infotype 2006 record to the hire date, PT60 processed without error.

This error is because you changed the hiring date from 05.06.2012 to 05.07.2012 but not the others infotypes. Please check all the others infotypes like IT0008, 2006, 0007.....that exist for the employee.

If you have ran the time evaluation before you changing the hiring date via pa41..then you will get this issue related time while running time evaluation after hiring date change.

Try to delete the time and payroll clusters first and then try to run the TE. just check out the dates of infotype 0003.

Hi ,

Check IT 2006 and IT0001. A valid record must exist in IT 0001 for the last 2006 record. Check BEGDA of IT2006 and review that is greater than BEGDA and lesser than ENDDA of any valid record in IT0001

If this is not happening, then RPTIME program returns empty values in table T001P and this causes the "no entry in table" message.

and also Check the View V_001P_ALL if all Grouping was set.

To delete v_t550p Assignment of personnel Ares to company code & create same as again,some times bulk data is Overlap.Thats why this error occur.I am also facing the  same issue in my work place.I had followed this way.(Delete unwanted data)

I guess it is a master data issue then, if all the groupings are seen for this employee are correct

Can you go to Se16 and enter the emp no and click on the line item and see what is the value stored in VIEKN.

in Se16 its not asking employee no its asking table name?

Can you please check this report from SE38 RPTQUOTA_CHECK i will show all groupings related to Time management if anything is missing you can identify .

Hi,

Personnel Area and Personnel Subarea grouping are not done properly i hope please check it once.

Else check in V_001P_ALL all PA, PSA and PSG for Time quotas are maintained here .
