TableView Style Problem

I have a TableView in a View of a BSP App in EP 6.0, the attribute SelectionMode in the TableView has as value "multiselect", my problem is in EP 6.0 the button to select all the rows in the TableView is not shown, the Content attribute of the View is not setted neither the Themeroot attribute. Someone can help me?

Test whether it works standalone. If yes, then portal stylesheets need to be updated. The new versions are always available in Service Market Place. If you require, I will find a link on Monday.

on which Netweaver 04 SP Level is your Portal and on which Netweaver 04 SP Level is your BSP server?
