TableView Style Problem

I have a TableView in a View of a BSP App in EP 6.0, the attribute SelectionMode in the TableView has as value "multiselect", my problem is in EP 6.0 the button to select all the rows in the TableView is not shown, the Content attribute of the View is not setted neither the Themeroot attribute. Someone can help me?
