Completing a BPM task with WDA

Hello,

I try to build a business process using Web Dynpro for ABAP as UI technology. I can create the process and the tasks and deploy it. I am also able to start the process and to see the first task with my web dynpro user interface. But when I try to complete the task nothing happens.

I created a Chip with an outport, which is tagged as CHIP_CONTRACT:PROCESS_STEP_END_POINT. I also checked that, the event is thrown in my component. But the task does not react.

I am using SAP NW BPM version 7.3 SP05. The WebAS is a 702 Patchlevel 10 System.

I hope someone can help me.

Hello,

solved the problem on my own.

I found, that the FQDN for the ABAP system in the Portal has to be the same as provided in the WebAS ABAP (the domainname you find in the webdynpro application).

This was the case for our system. BUT, we tried to access the WebAS via https. And the default in the ABAP System was http.
