I have compared BSIS table with the BSAS table the same line item is exist in the BSIS table. Why it is happening that , In the normal scenario these line item should deleted form BSIS table and updated in BSAS table after clearing

Dear Shihab,

Me myself being from the inconsistencies component, this is a common type of inconsistencies which we come across. There can be various reasons for this, update terminations, dumps during transactions, database crashes etc. You can check for the terminations or dumps in ST22 and SM13 transactions by giving the appropritate parameters like date on which document was entered, user etc.

Now, to analyse this inconsistency further, you can go to the program RFINDEX_NACC and in the selection criteris, select 'Documents vs Index' and 'Index vs documents', Then give the company code, Fiscal year, document numbers, and select the "gl account" checkbox and give the account number. you will find the inconsistency upon execution.

Now these issues can only be corrected by SAP and customers are not authorised to make these database corrections.

If you find the errors in RFINDEX_NACC, then probably you should raise a message to SAP for correcting it.

Hope it helps.

Kind Regards,

Gaurav

HI Friend

What ever be the date , the item should transferred to BSAS table after clearing, but here the line item still exist in the BSIS table. I have tried to clear with  both Full clearing and Residual clearing in these GL accounts

If you do partial clearing the item remains in BSIS and BSAS. Check if you have cleared it partially.

Hi,

RFSEPA02 is no longer supported. What is your release level? It appears that when you flipped the OI switch (executing RFSEPA02), system did not update the relevant tables correctly.

HI Friend

Hi,

The program is expired in 6.5. How did you manage to run it? We are at the same level. I tested the program and was not able to run it (a pop-up screen instructed me not to run the program but create a new GL account instead). Now I do believe, the tables in your system are out of sync. There is issue with data integrety. If this is the case, you should open an OSS message. I believe SAP will help you (we had a similar situation when our own z program compromized the data integrety and SAP did help us out).

Good luck to you!

May be the remaining line items in that particular document are pending to clear.
