Hi All,

While we are executing PPDS planing run in background; Planning log is showing "Order not created for product xxx location xxxx date 04/20/2013 23:59:00 quantity 0.329".

This error is only showing for heuristics "SAP_PP_C001 " which has "orders not considered when interruption" option ticked.

Please guide.

Hi Vikas,

I am facing the same error of Order not getting created. The logs are not of much help. There are no other messages other than /SAPAPO/RRP327.

Please let me know if you have found any solution. This has stalled our SIT for a specific business scenario.

Hi,

You may check the planning log and scheduling log in /SAPAPO/RRPLOG1. Usually there should be

other error messages going with /SAPAPO/RRP327 which can explain why the order can not be created.

their is no further detail..........

This error is comming only if we use heuristics SAP_PP_C001 with "orders not considered when interruption" option ticked in heuristic configuration. for rest all heuristics its working fine...

Hi Vikas,

As Claire said, you should be able to get a bit more detailed info in the log; but if you are sure of it, then try executing this interactively in rrp3 (as product/variable heuristics) and check the log.

You should be getting a detailed log and it may help you.. the issue could be the non availability of source of supply (maybe because of lot size) or unavailability of some components...

the error you are getting is a very generic one and can happen due to many reasons.. the log details in rrp3 could give some hint
